How to make a reservation?
You can make your reservation online through our website or directly by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are our reception hours?
Our reception hours are 8.30 AM – 10.00 PM. Note, during low season our reception hours can be a subject to change and there might be a lunch break.
If you are arriving early in the morning, you can always store your luggage with us until the official check in time which is 3PM. The reception opens at 8.30am. You can relax by the pool or in the garden.
Leaving late at night?
If you are arriving late at night, please email us your arrival time and request a self check in. In this case your reservation must be made for the night when you are arriving.
When is the pool open?
Our pool usually opens towards the end of April and it stays open until late season. It will be ready to open once the spring rains stop and the weather is stable. We are unable to confirm the precise date date as it changes every year. You can use the pool during daylight hours.
What is a single dorm?
Our female-only single dorm shares an entrance and a bathroom with a 4-bed female dorm. It is to be used by one person only. There is not enough space to accommodate two travellers in the room. Please check other dorm options or private room options if your party is larger than 1.
Travelling with kids?
Caveland welcomes families with kids. Note, dorm rooms occupied by families with minors (age 16 and less) cannot be shared with other travellers, so please make sure you book the entire unit for yourself.
Do you offer transfers?
A paid transfer can be organised upon request. The price starts from 20/25 Euros depending on the time and the size of the group. If you are interested, email us the precise scheduled arrival time and the flight number/name of the ferry and the number of people.
Is breakfast included?
The breakfast is included in the price. It is served in portion in the morning from 8.30am to 10.30am. Please fill up a breakfast form upon your arrival.
Do you accept group bookings?
Reservations for 10 and more people are considered to be group reservations. A non refundable deposit of 30% must be paid within 7 days of the booking in order to secure your reservation and the remainder balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Please check out a specialised section on our website regarding the group policy.
Do you work with digital nomads?
Every room is equipped with a desk, a chair and a socket next to it. There are multiple tables and chairs throughout the property in the gardens and also at the main reception space. Ask us for special discounts and packages for digital nomads available during off-season months.
When does my reservation start?
Your reservation starts at 3pm on the first day of your booking. If you arrive at night or early in the morning and would like to go directly to your room, make sure the starting date of your reservation is the day before.
